Neelu Kaur is the founder of SattvicLiving. She holds a B.S. from NYU and an M.A. from Columbia University. She is a yoga practioner and teacher certified in hatha, vinyasa, restorative, prenatal and rocket yoga. She is a certified Ayurveda Nutritionist & Specialist. She currently teaches all levels of yoga asana, prenatal and restorative yoga to private clients and at various yoga studios and wellness centers in New York City.

Stacey Ornstein
Since the birth of her son in 2013 Stacey has worked with new parents and infants to help raise adventurous eaters. Her popular workshops in Baby-Led Weaning, hosted at venues across New York City, explores the (same-named) method of starting littles on solid foods without pureed "baby food." Many of her clients report great success in "Raising Adventurous Eaters" with this class. Additionally, Stacey can work privately with clients, whether it's developing post-partum quick and healthy meal plans, feeding infants, and more.
Stacey has developed curriculum, recipes, and taught healthy, international cooking classes in New York City public schools, ELL and GED classes, the Institute of Culinary Education, and more — for youth (aged 2+), young adults, and adults. She has developed recipes with The New York Times’ Mark Bittman on his cookbook, Kitchen Express, the Food Network TV show, Cooking for Real (Sunny Anderson), and recipe tested for Body and Soul Magazine(Martha Stewart Omnimedia). Her writing and recipes have appeared in numerous print and online publications, including a current partnership with Sustainable Table and the Kids Cook Mondays Campaign. Her food programming efforts have reached over 50,000 children and adults since 2007.
